Pickup from ARBER stores

Now you can order clothes on the website and pick them up at an ARBER store convenient for you. Due to frequent air raid alerts and disruptions in delivery services, parcels can currently take a week or longer. With store pickup, everything is faster: you collect your item whenever it is convenient for you.

How to arrange store pickup

• Select the model and size.

• Click «Choose store pickup».

• Select the store and confirm your choice.

Order confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only after the store calls you or sends an SMS confirmation. Please do not set out for your purchase until you have received confirmation.

How long the order is held

We reserve an unpaid order for 2 days. If you do not collect it, the reservation is automatically cancelled. If you are running out of time, call the store (numbers are available in the «Stores» section) or Customer Care at 0 800 33 20 12. Storage can be extended for 1 more day.

A paid order is kept in the store until you collect it. If we cannot reach you within a week, the order will be cancelled and the funds refunded.

Store operations during air raid alerts

We kindly ask for your understanding: due to the increased threat of attacks, stores do not operate during air raid alerts. Where possible, choose stores located outside of shopping malls. They can operate during a yellow alert level.
