Exchange and return of goods when purchasing through the ARBER online store

We want to make online shopping as light and pleasant as possible!
Sometimes a product may not be to your liking or may not fit in style, color, size, etc.Therefore, youYOU CAN ALWAYS EXCHANGE/RETURN IT WITHIN 14 calendar days after DELIVERY by returning the product by “NovaPost”.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept returns in some cases:

  • After 14 days from the date of receipt.

  • If there is no act on "EXCHANGE/RETURN OF GOODS" with the specified reason for the return, as well as the payment document issued to the buyer along with the goods sold.

  • If the package is incomplete, return: no sales receipt, packaging in which the goods were delivered to you, labels, etc. etc.

  • If the product has been used and its presentation, consumer properties, seals, labels have not been preserved.

  • Products listed by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 of March 19, 1994 are not subject to exchange/return.

Return of orders received at the NovaPost branch:

  • Call 0 800 333 083 (free for all operators in Ukraine) and tell:

    • Customer’s full name

    • Order date and number

    • Code of the ordered product

    • TTN number used by the buyer to return the goods

  • Report the reason for returning the product.

  • Fill out the act on "EXCHANGE/RETURN OF GOODS", which was included in the parcel, and additionally attach a sales receipt.

  • Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and complete set (items supplied must be returned only complete set).

  • If the product does not fit in size, color, style, etc., EXCHANGE/RETURN when sent via "NovaPost" produced at the expense of the client.

  • When sending a size different from the order or when sending a defective product, delivery services "NovaPost" the client does not pay.

  • You can exchange/return the product ONLY by sending it "NEW POST""EXCHANGE/RETURN OF GOODS" to the ARBER address from which you received the parcel.

IMPORTANT!

Original packaging MUST BE without damage (without tape, inscriptions, stickers and other foreign elements that can spoil the presentation).

If these defects are detected: visible wear, dirty/crumpled goods, etc. ARBER may charge from 10% to 30% of the cost of the product, depending on the defect detected.

*Delivery fees are non-refundable!

Contact your nearest branch "NovaPost" in order to send us the goods along with the completed act on "EXCHANGE/RETURN OF GOODS."

Refunds are processed within 10 business days through the branch " NEW POST", after receiving your return by the sender.You can get money in ANY department "NovaPost" with documents confirming your face(passport of a citizen of Ukraine).
